PlacemakingX
PlacemakingX is a global network dedicated to accelerating placemaking as a tool for building healthy, inclusive, and beloved communities. Launched at Placemaking Week Europe in June 2019, the initiative has continued to grow, connecting over 100 leaders and more than 1,000 advocates across 70+ countries.

Rooted in decades of work led by Project for Public Spaces and the Placemaking Leadership Council, PlacemakingX builds on a rich legacy of global collaboration among community activists, urbanists, and practitioners. Now operating as an independent program of the Placemaking Fund, the network aims to support the thinkers and doers advancing placemaking worldwide through collective action and shared tools.
From its inception, I contributed to the development and growth of PlacemakingX. My role included supporting organizational strategy, long-term planning, network coordination, and communications. These efforts helped lay the foundation for a thriving international movement committed to advancing people-centered public spaces.
